Acceptable Use Policy and Service Guidelines

We provide internet broadcast services to several clients, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. The following guidelines were designed to ensure these obligations are met.

Content
All services provided may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all our servers. This includes sites and broadcasts that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. WebcastMyWedding.net will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. Also prohibited are sites and broadcasters that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of unacceptable content or links which we will not maintain:
Pirated software
Hacker programs or archives
Warez sites
Sites with adult or pornographic content
Non-Licensed MP3's or Software

We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

WebcastMyWedding.net is not responsible for any damages caused by services provided, and makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Additionally, WebcastMyWedding.net is not responsible for cancellations or rescheduling of any webcast event, and makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for a refund due to a cancellation or the rescheduling of an event.

Monthly Payments
Customers who are on recurring monthly plans are due for automatic billing from their credit card one month after their sign up date, and every month thereafter. If your credit card information has changed, then you must notify us immediately so we may change this information. If on your bill date, your credit card is declined, or payment is not made, you will get a notice that your account will be suspended in 3 days. If after this notice and 3 days has passed your account may be interrupted temporarily and an email will be sent to the address on file to notify you of this problem. If payment is not arranged within 14 days, we will close your account, and any files will be lost. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

Credit Card Payments
We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for payment. We use various fraud prevention methods to protect our merchant account, our bank, the customer who owns the credit card being used and ourselves. This includes tracking the IP number and ISP of the person who is using the credit card and verifying the card matches the Zip Code and Address of the cardholder. If anyone attempts to obtain service using a fraudulent or unauthorized credit card, your maintenance account will be terminated without warning, we will have the right to place an 'account suspended' page on your IP, and we will cooperate with authorities to report the incident and the information used to obtain the account including your domain name. We will also bill you for all charges to us, including but not limited to bank fees, amounts charged back, plus 5%. We take credit card fraud very seriously. If you have received a credit card statement with our name on it, and did not order our services, please email Billing@WebcastMyWedding.net Immediately. Your credit card statement will be billed indicating WebcastMyWedding.net, 2empoerU or Ariel J. Andres as the company or billing authority. Please note that we will be asking for your credit card information one time after your first billing cycled is complete. We do this to protect you the consumer from any unauthorized charges to your credit card.

Cancellation
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know. We build our services around making internet broadcasting simple for the customer and want you to be happy. If for some reason we cannot meet your needs, you may notify us five days prior to your next billing date. We will then discontinue billing your account at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months, partial periods of internet broadcast services already paid for, or for one-time event services.

Maintenance Terms
Any internet broadcast package you order may or may not include the minor editing of your web page which includes updating links, making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph, or adding pre-formatted pictures. It does not include creating new pages, or making changes that affect a majority of the pages on the web site. If the client or an agent other than WebcastMyWedding.net attempts to update the client's pages, time to repair web pages will be charged additionally, and is not included as part of the monthly maintenance package.

Work authorized beyond the maximums specified above for such services in general are Internet orientation, education, marketing, consulting, web page design, editing, modifying databases, art and graphics services. CGI programming charges (if any) are not included in this service.

For web page maintenance, it is your sole responsibility to make sure you give us your hosting and website content information in order for us to make all of the requested changes to your web page. Note if you have a hosting account with Digifx Media, this information will not be needed.

WebcastMyWedding.net will always let you, the customer; know how many estimated hours a certain project will take. WebcastMyWedding.net will never commence any work on your web site unless you have been notified, and you have fully understood how many hours you are being charged for initially. As some projects take longer and require more than others, the amount of hours may vary according to the project.
